Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Quavence DAO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Scope

Quavence DAO provides a community hub for DAO members and applicants: wallet sign-in, DAO membership applications, governance and voting tools, bounties, treasury visibility, and related product surfaces. A separate Connect form at /connect lets you reach the team about roles, partnerships, or other topics — it is not the DAO membership application at /auth/register.

AI Worker desktop access, when enabled for your account, is governed by additional AI Worker terms presented in the product before token issuance.

Features may change, be suspended, or removed at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for wallet/account security and private keys.
• You must provide accurate information in applications, profile data, and Connect inquiries.
• You must not abuse, attack, spam, or attempt to bypass platform protections (including captcha and rate limits).
• You must not submit false holder verification or impersonate another wallet or identity.

4. DAO Access and Moderation

DAO membership access is subject to application review and governance rules. Connect inquiries do not grant membership by themselves. The team may restrict or revoke access in case of abuse, security risks, or policy violations.

5. Blockchain and Token Risk

Blockchain interactions involve technical and market risks. On-chain membership and treasury state may be read through XDAO and TON network infrastructure. You are solely responsible for transaction decisions, wallet operations, fees, and network-related outcomes.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quavence DAO and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
